Justin is an Associate at MawereSibanda. His main areas of work are in the M&A, Banking & Finance, and Corporate Advisory departments. Justin has worked on a number of high-end M&A transactions for both private and public companies listed on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. He has advised on a number of complex energy and infrastructure projects involving foreign financiers. He also provides general legal and corporate governance advice to foreign companies seeking to invest in Zimbabwe. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Liverpool, and a Legal Practitioners Qualification from BPP Law School in Manchester.
