He has vast experience in dealing with mergers and acquisitions (M&As), private equity investments, corporate restructurings, capital raising projects, Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), as well as advising on general commercial and contractual issues. As part of his transactional experience, Kelvin has acted for both buyers and sellers in M&A deals across various sectors. He is also regarded as the go-to lawyer for startup companies and small to medium enterprises in Zimbabwe, on general commercial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance matters which affect businesses of that size.
